Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team within 60 days of delivery to start your request.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your BedJet and any included accessories into the original packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  We will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email; simply print it out and affix it to the exterior of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned unit, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
